Growing new Rose from a stem HELP its growing now what

Hey I was wandering if you could help me out. I have a Rose stem that I have add growth hormone to the bottom and sat in water. Around where one of the bumps is on the stemp a new green grown wit little leaves has started to grow. I have done this about 9 times but ever time I leave it it dies a few days later. I would like to know what I am to do next wit this little rose of life, its growing in the middle of the stem and there is no roots to be soon so I don't know what to do with it.

Any help or where I can find this information please before it dies email me skyebluerose@yahoo.com !!!!

Thanks So much!

I am not a rose specialist.

I can kill them very quickly.

But, my grandmother, used to take a stem, just plant it outside, and cover it with a glass jar... It would soon grow.

I have no luck, but you might try making a dome over it, and keep the humidity high, until the little guy can send out roots.

With African Violets, I take a leaf, plant it, moisten, put in plastic bag, out of sunlight, but in light... not strong light, and soon it will root.

The same theory should work.
I would try low light, bag, and humidity.
