Want a disease resistant rose in NW Oregon

Hello. I live between Portland and Eugene Oregon. Does anyone know where to buy roses that are considered disease resistant. Like the black spot and powdery mildew? I would also want it to be very fragrant. The color doesn't really matter, but I want it to smell good. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you.

I'm not a rose person. I'm an organic gardener and roses have always seemed like they need too much fussing.
