I don't know what is happening to my roses, PLEASE HELP!

Hey

I am new to gardening in general and a friend of mine said that roses would be a nice way to start since they grow well and have great results.

well one of my bushes began to grow bulbs, started to bloom, and then... they stopped. they seemed to have frozen right before the bloom and have been stuck there for about a week now.

they are also looking sick inside where I could at first see their color, bright yellow. I didnt know if this was normal for young rose bushes, or if they have some kind of sickness or disease that can be fixed. I water them every evening and I put in fertilizer when I first potted them. I will be planting them in the ground soon, but I don't know what to do about these roses not growing, here are some pictures of what they look like:

This is a close up of one of the bulbs. it looks sticky and dying. but you can see the color from the flower

Here is a wider shot. You can see that a couple of the leaves look to be withered as well

I'd guess you have spider mites. Here's a link to an article with photos and helpful info. Hope it helps! https://www.marinrose.org/spidermites.html

I agree that it's spider mites.
