wintering roses in tropical climates

Can you tell me what sould we do in sub tropical climates, in countries where temperature is never below 0 degrees centigrate.My roses begin giving new leaves in september and they are they are healthier then summer.They are not dormant in winter.Should I give fertilizer .
I live in south of Turkey(Mediterranean climate)

Since you live in that type of climate, I can't think of any reason why you shouldn't be able to apply additional fertilizer to your roses and water well. That must be a dream......I'm envisioning blooming roses year round.......

Oh boy am I jealous!! LOL
