Transplanting old roses now
We have some old roses that need to moved now due to basement work that needs to be done. I know they need to be pruned down & lifted with care. Is there any way to overwinter them out of the ground as we won't be able to get all of them back into the ground this fall. Can I pot them and overwinter them in the garage? Don't want to lose them as they were my dad's roses. We are in southern WI. Thanks! Deb
