Early this spring I bought a bare root rose but it still doesn't have any leaves. It's not dead and has a few leaf buds but it looks the same as when I planted it 2 months ago. I've planted many bare root roses for my mother in the past and they've all done well but for some reason I've had no luck at my house. My neighbor planted about 6 bare root roses a week before me and they're all leafy and full of buds. He never even took them out of the packaging and planted them still wrapped in peat moss and rolled in paper and the woman waters them 2 times EVERY day. Any help would be great. Thsnks,
