It's called a C.E. Tropicana, climber of course

It gets 6 hours afternoon sun, plenty of water, love and affection (organic compost, sand, manure) Haven't pruned it since no blooms have occurred. I am at a loss for what it could be. This is one of my roses that has withstood blackspot, mildew and even those dang silk worms courtesy of mother nature each spring for two or three weeks

Anyone have a clue they could lend over this way? Thanks.
