Starting new rosebushes?

I have had a beautiful blue rose bush in my yard for over 10 years. Now moving and would like to know how to take cuttings or whatever to start a new one that I can have in a pot in my new location. I hope it is simple as I do not have patience. Can't find another rose bush like this one anywhere.

Unless it was there before you moved in, it actually belongs to you... You should be able to actually dig it up and transplant it to your new home. My parents regularly planted and re-planted their roses.. so I see no need to just leave it.
