Blackspots and bare roses.

Hi all I hope all is well,

I would appreciate anyones answer on this question and thank you in advanced. my roses have a case of blackspots due to the rain out here in North carolina, Iam treating the blackspots, my question is my roses are starting to look a little bare due to the leaves it lost. will new leaves grow back or are they going to remain bare until next year?
