LILAC

I have a problem with a full grown lilac of probably 40 year..

The leafs are turning to form a crooked cup... in the bottom there is a
powder that looks like dust and also white acarian spiders...

As a results some of the branches are dead and I am worried it will die

I asked for an specialist and he suggest systemic fongicide... very strong
and chemical... there are childrens around and I am hesitant to use chemical products

Any suggestions

thanks

What was the diagnosis of this specialist? Did he travel to your home to see the tree? Can you post a picture of the affected tree area + the top/bottom of a damaged leaf?
