I have three lilac bushes in my back yard.

The leaves have a white hue to them.

Could anyone advise what eco friendly product to use?

The location gets at least 4 good hours of sun each day.

The front yard gets sun all day.

Should I transplant them for more sun?

Lilacs need 6-8 hours of sunlight. What you have is called powder mildew because there is not enough sunlight. Yes, transplanting is a good idea, but they may be delayed a 4-5 years to bloom.
