Could anyone please help me ID? The variegation is on the underside of the leaf. TIA!

You have sucking pests on your leaves. I see something white under one of the leaves? White flies? I can't tell. Look under the leaf. I am not sure about the variegation. This type of plant does have variegated forms that often revert. Color breaks can also be associated with viruses and sucking pests are often vectors.
