Identify the plant

Hi Experts

Actually I'm interested in growing fruits plants but I can't identify which fruit plant is it? Or it's something else. Initially when it's sprout I pull out from the soil and try to find out so it's seed is black with white/gray spots and seed's size is equal to black pepper.
Currently it's size is 1.5ft and it's leaves size gradually increases top most leaves are 6-8 inches long as shown in the following image:

Kindly identify it.
Thanks

It means all the species of canna are useless specifically the one I have, so I will remove it and used it for making fermented juice.
