Any Ideas what this is?

Thing in Living Room.jpg
I admit to knowing nothing about plants/gardening et cetera. Can anyone help with this? We bought this several years ago and it grew happily in the living room since then. Over the last few months it stopped growing and has now started to turn yellowish. We haven't over watered it and nothing else has changed.
What is it?
Does it need a bigger pot, maybe?
Should we feed it with something? What?

Thanks!

looks like a philodendron to me. Since there are 489 species, I can't say for sure which one it is. If it has been in the same pot and soil, it might be time to repot and feed it. If you have had it for several years, it should be bigger.

Yup, it has used up the nutrients in the soil and is now getting malnourished. Replace the soil with fresh and then fertilize once a month or so.
