I'm not very good at plant ID's often even with plants I know, but I think 3941 is wild grape and 3938 is neither bindweed nor mile a minute, but wild buckwheat.

Mile a minute leaves are just like little triangles.

Bindweed has the arrowhead shaped leaves, but the tails of the arrowhead are rounded and meet

wild buckwheat has less rounded tails with more space between them:

If they flower, they become very distinctive.

Your final picture is really stumping me. There's only a few things I know with big five part leaves like that and yours is not quite any of them. (Candidates would be Virginia creeper, ginseng, buckeye tree). Is yours a vine?

I think 3938 looks kinda like morning glory.

see my earlier post. Bindweed is basically wild morning glory. So morning glory has the same leaves as bindweed, rounded and meeting at the top:

Although it probably isn't, #3936 looks like some kind of Sisyrinchium. I agree with rainbowgardener about the wild buckwheat (which is nestled in with some Galium).
#3942 might be a fleabane.

#3947 looks like ragweed
#3941, yeah, some kind of grape

!potatoes! , I've never seen flax but looking at photos of its flowers, I think you are absolutely right. I have a feeling it will be hard to identify when it's not blooming, but I'll have to watch for it.

Not sure about #3942 if its fleabane or not after looking at pictures but it does look like something I classify as a weed in my yard. If so it spreads quickly and is very invasive in my yard so I get rid of it as soon as I see it.

Here is a picture of fleabane from the USDA plant database. It doesn't have the same leaf type to me.

Good luck with your plants! :)

I was just throwing out a wild guess, not seeing any flowers. The photo in the link, I think is Erigeron strigosus and I was thinking common fleabane, or some other variety. There are quite a few.

Flax seems likely. Had 5 blooms in morning and in the evening the blooms were gone! Didn't look chomped tho. ???

I'm going to let that maybe fleabane bloom so we'll see.

5leaf plant there is Virginia creeper in that area but that doesn't look like a vine!

That maybe buckwheats... I don't see it now but I didn't pull it.

Sure that's gallium? It's not sticky like the stuff that comes up in another flowerbed. ???

I'm not sure of anything. There is something else I came across recently that looks a lot like galium but isn't. Of course I've forgotten what it is, so that isn't much help, either.

I love to pieces the replies I get here! :D I'm in that same boat! ive been wondering about it myself. It's spready but not offensively so like that sticky stuff. Seems to be a bit more this year but it's not really crowding stuff and pulls out easy.

It will be interesting to see what and if it blooms. The weedy stuff I'm referring to has never bloomed for me but I pull it out even once it is 2 - 3 feet tall when the sneaky things are inside with other plants hiding :)

Here is the plant that I have in my yard that I'm calling common fleabane. I could be wrong. I just thought it looked rather similar to what you have (3942). Mine is very easy to pull out (of course it grows back).

Those leaves look similar. Not sure. Going to allow a couple of them to grow & see if it blooms & how. There are 2 others I'm looking to pull. One is right next to a hosta along the house and looks untidy so it's going to be pulled no matter what it is. The other 2 are in the experiment zone anyway.
