Help ID palm please

I believe this palm to be close to 10 years old. It is only about 2 feet tall and poor thing looks pathetic! We are in south Florida. Can you help to ID it so I can give it some much needed love! Thanks

It looks like a bottle palm but if it is as old as you say it needs some tlc
