I'm going to suggest that the first two photos are of French sorrel, Rumex scutatus. At least, it looks almost identical to what I have growing.

I was first thinking dock, probably because I am familiar with that and not with horseradish. And we had this conversation before that dock and sorrel are very closely related.
But if you look closely at the first picture, you can see that those leaves have toothed edges.
That is true of horseradish:

And the horseradish seems to grow a little denser and stand more upright. So I think sleepingciv was right.
