Unknown Tree

I'm wondering if anyone has an idea what this tree is that I have found. Image
It's about 15 ft tall with a thin trunk and long branches. It growing in Queensland Australia. It has clumps of small red berries that the native birds love to eat. It's growing next to a river bank and looks to be happy where it is. Has anyone ever seen anything like this before?
