Variegated(?) something-or-other

I have this little guy in front of my house and I have no idea what it is, do any of you guys?

Kind of a strange angle but Polemonium comes to mind.

Looks like Euonymus fortunei to me :)

Good questions because the pics show several different plants. So which are we identifying? :?

It looks like the variegated foliage goes with the blue flowers but not 100% sure from these pics - and I do wear bifocals.

The yellow one could be creeping Jenny, too exuberant for most gardeners in a cultivated bed.

BTW, Polemonium would probably be called Jacob's ladder. Does that ring a bell?

Euonimus japonicus 'Aureus' ...to be more correct...
