How are you at ID'ing small grains? Winter Rye or Triticale

I can't remember which I sowed here -- Winter Rye or Triticale :?: I'm letting them mature because if it's rye, then growing them to maturity is supposed to help with the club root infection I have in this bed:

Winter rye. It has that bluish cast to it. And the seed head looks right.

yeah. it's been a while, but that definitely looks like winter rye.
