small purple flower and another mystery plant

I was out taking pictures and found this one in the yard, is this a weed or a flower? I also have a picture of two that are growing up next to my Irises, I hope it is not poisonous.Also here is the mystery plant.

Wild violet maybe? The second one is something else, for sure, but I don't know what, unless it's strawberry.

The second picture looks very like an Alder seedling.
