3 Plants/Weeds?

This is a fern I got from a plant exchange last Fall. Any idea what kind!?

This plant is rampant in my neighbors yard and popping up on my side. It had white blooms on it late last summer/fall but unfortunately I didn't get any photos.

I have quite a few of these popping up as well

bottom one is wild geranium. It's a wildflower, but it is kind of weedy in my yard and I end up pulling a lot of it.

The middle one may be Saponaria.

Thank you RBG! I'll have to keep the wild geranium in check but will let it grow in here and there.

YES, I think the second one is saponaria. The flowers look about right from the white selections I found online. Thanks so much!

Gee, an invasive exotic that I don't have! I wasn't familiar with the saponaria, so I looked it up. It is present/introduced everywhere in the US (lower 48) and native nowhere. It is listed on the official noxious weed list in Colorado, but not where you are. So just be a bit careful with it, that it doesn't take over.

The wild geranium by contrast, is a little bit weedy, but not aggressive and it is native in the whole eastern half of the US.

Yeah... It doesn't surprise me, it reseeded and has definitely been spreading. I just pulled a lot of it out before I mulched but it will be a forever battle since my neighbors' yard is one giant invasive. They're lucky they're so nice!
