A few plants I need help with

Hey Guys/Gals, appreciate the help, here are the 3 plants I need help with finding the Latin names for:

1) Part of the Cycad family I think, just not familiar which one, almost looks like a mini palm with a bulbous base but not a Zamia of any sort I don't believe. EDIT: Found by pure chance, it's called Coontie - (Zamia floridana)

2) This is a popular plant down here in South Florida, small purple flowers (can be seen to the left) and bright red seeds. Very pretty ornamental bush:

3) This is a spider-plant type ground cover that spread VERY fast, also puts out a stalk of white flowers in the spring time. Does very well dry areas as well.

 All help is very much appreciated

You're welcome. It's a little too cold for C. fragrans to stay outside here so I have a few pots of it. The flower stalks are getting very tall as we speak, will bloom soon. I'll be watching to see what #2 is, interesting plant!
