Photos 4 and 5 are definitely not poison ivy, but the first three could be poison ivy or a baby tree just puitting out leaves that look like poison ivy. (box elder, wafer ash or bladdernut for example), The fact that on all three it seems that the middle stem is not long, but tapers down, makes me suspicious that it is not poison ivy, but I would need to see the plant itself, and key it down with other things that are easy to identify, but would tell you 100% whether it is or not. In other words, you need to be with the plant and have the identification guide with you to be sure.
