Poison Ivy?

I pulled this out today... is it poison ivy? I pretty much fear anything with 3 leaves.

Nope, not poison ivy....

The two side leaves of poison ivy are usually mitten shaped, with "thumbs"

yeah, that looks more raspberryish. (or strawberryish, hard to tell with a good view of the stems)
