What is this plant? I found it in the woods of Kentucky.

That looks like Arum Italicum, aka Lords and Ladies. I have it growing in my yard, but many people consider it a weed. It is poisonous, as I recall, but I've never had any children or pets eat any of it. I think it's quite pretty. :)

Kind of looks like a Arisaema triphyllum.

It's amazing how similar Arum Italicum and Arisaema Triphyllum look... And also it's amazing how they share the same poisonous component: calcium oxalate. Are they related?
