Anyone familiar with these bushes?

I have a pair of bushes in my new garden (first two pics) that I'd love to identify before spring gets here and another one (different bush or tree?/bottom pic) next to them, it's been cut down for whatever reason but is still hanging on, looks healthy. Not sure what it is either. Thanks for any help

not at all sure about the first - but the second could be lilacs.

Thanks, actually I was hoping for Lilacs. I'd be shocked if there weren't any around here. The house was built in 1936.
