Please help me name this plant

This picture is not clear but its all I have and its not blooming just now

The branching and leaves don't appear like those of Primula vulgaris which has leaves arranged in rosettes (similar to a gerbera plant). This is actually a woody shrub. I can't remember where I got it from and have been checking all the books I have with no luck. Thanks for any further help.

A Panama Rose?

Thanks everyone. I will do research on the Panama Rose and see if it fits. Really appreciate the help. :D
It's blisteringly hot in Ja right now and the plants are feeling it. We need rain![/img]
