Cactus?

I picked this up from a local plant sale and I didn't realize the tag was missing. I have no idea what it is or how to care for it.

Looks like some type of Euphorbia to me.

I ended up doing an image search for "succulent with wierd flowers" and I got lucky! It's a Lifesaver Cactus. Thanks though.

It looks like one of the many stapelaria possibly a Stapelia asterias. The flowers are pollinated by flies and the color resembles decaying meat. The flowers often smell like carrion in order to attract flies.
