New home in Colorado....Plant ID help?

Hello Everyone!
I took some pictures today and am stumped as to just what these plants are.
The house we purchased was a foreclosure that did not see water from the sprinklers or any care for almost 2 years. We have been carefully scraping out the rock gardens and have discovered some plants that are actually showing some green due to the unusually warm weather we are having.
We live at 7300' along the front range in Colorado.
Saving the plants is a goal of ours as the neighbors have all said that the landscaping on our property was beautiful. Figured that trying to recover what could be saved would be beneficial to us.
Some of the trees have some tags on them but others do not. When I can get some pics with leaves and such I will post them up.
So here goes!!! All plants are in the rock beds....
Plant A

Plant D (this one is in many areas and is red and has long stems that seem to creep along.

Plant E

Hopefully you all can get me pointed in the right direction. Thanks for all the assistance!!!!
