Can you ID this tree?

We just moved into a home in Plano TX a d there is a tree in th back yard I cannot identify. Can someone help me ID this tree? It currently has small red berries in clusters. The leaves are approx 2-2 1/2 inches long.
The leaves have about 6 tiny points (almost thorns) along the leaf, three on each side and one at the end of leaf. I will try to post a picture.[/url]

Either a burford or English holly. Certainly not an American. More likely a burford.
