Identification Please?

7 - 8 ft tall, started blooming last week and will continue into October. Thanks!

Hard to tell, but maybe a perennial sunflower. I have Maximilian Sunflower. (Helianthus maximiliani)

Yeah you'd need to show us some leaves and how the plant looks (branching structure, etc), but I'd go with either the Maximilian sunflower
