Is this poison oak/ivy?

Okay I'm sorry for making a new thread each time... I want to be able to edit my old posts!!! :(

Well anyway, there are 2 plants growing right next to each other in the shade of my canna lily/spiderwort.

They are both about 7 inches tall and are an inch apart. They're growing straight up.

Here are some pictures

One looks similar but I don't beleive it is. Check the stem or grab it with your hand and wait 24 hours.

But it's not technically 3 separate leaves. it's one leaf that is split very closely to resemble 3 leaves.

And I've already been touching it and playing with it, so we'll see.. haha
