need shrub ID

bought this at a plant sale many years ago. now it is full grown. I love it and would like to plant a few more. it is about 6 feet tall and across. it is now in full bloom with white foowers and the bees are loving the flowers. this shrub is covered with bees, bumble bees and mason bees. Seems like a good shrub for a hedge.

1. Do the flowers have a scent? It’s not lilac? … Maybe a little late for lilac Hm.
2. Need better pics of the leaves I think. How big are the leaves and how long are the floral structures?
3. Do you know if this is native or imported?
4. How big is it? Are the flowers followed by berries or seeds?
