Dracena. The top one looks like a kahili ti and the bottom looks like a common green ti. There are ti cultivars that are named but I am not a collector so I only know them by their group. The ti in the second picture looks like it has been in the dark the leaves are not as tight as they should be.

Compare the top plant to Dracaena 'Janet Craig Compacta.'

The bottom one looks like Cordyline fruticosa, no idea of a possible cultivar name, if applicable.
