Buying a Greenhouse...

I want a small, rigid greenhouse that will also serve as my potting station. I saw these two on craigslist an hour or so away from me, any ideas on if they are worth the money? Or should I just build one myself using wood and plastic panels?

Boy, that second one looks pretty darn good to me. Too bad he's a thousand miles from me. I would be sure to add on the automatic vent system. The price is very attractive. Go for it.
