Building my hoop house this way

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DKlXs8iov0

However I have added an extra panel so it is 7' X 150" x 6'-1 in the center. I am heating it with a 55 gal blue barrel of water and 2 200W fish tank heaters. I bought a double fan that is able to run the fans in opposite directions. This will circulate the air well and ventilate the space. The fan also has a thermostat so it will automatically turn on and off. This is my first attempt at having a greenhouse, but I expect it to be a good one.

Looks great, IndyGerdener! I'd like one, except:

I'm 6'4" tall and I like to be able to stand up. -wall- Maybe if I can figure out how to use concrete mesh instead of cattle pen panels.....

I'd ask how well it stands up to snow, but you probably haven't had any on it yet.... :D

There are some people that made this with a 2' wall under the structure. That gave them a 8' hoop. Just an idea. We have had no snow, but we had some good winds, no problems. I was a little worried about it holding up. Aftet I tied the sides in I can put a considerable amoit of pressure on the center with no visible signs of collapse. I have thought about putting a peak board in as a just in case as well as a hanging spot, but I have confidence it will hold up fine

I was thinking of using concrete block and raising it up maybe 2 blocks I guess about 16 inches I think it would be a nice little setup.

TSC sells a 50" x 12' "feedlot panel, cattle" for $20. Is that like what you used?
