Paeony has Botrytsis

Hi,

I've got a severe case of Botrytsis on my hands and I need some advice.

I've removed the affected buds, sprayed with a fungicide but I'm unsure what to do next. The leaves are covered in a white mold as well. Should I just cut it down and hope for the best next year? Its at my front door and looks pitiful and I want to save it!!

Any suggestions much appreciated!
