Anyone know what is making the leaves on my Polygonatum odoratum (Solomon's Seal) turn brown? The soil seems great... not too wet, not too dry... I don't see any bugs or beetles or scale or mites, although I'll keep looking. In a 20' long border of SS, it's only happening on one end.
This is the third summer I've had the pleasure of this plant, but only the first that it has gone brown and sort of rusty. ??? Other plants in the area are fine. Any clues?
