My dog just damaged my flower

I just transplanted this flower outside and not even an hour later my dog goes and digs around It with her mouth

It can't stand up that well on its own now it was on its side when I got to it and now the vine of it is no longer green

This is it now

It is morning glory?

They are pretty tough. Keep it from drying out (moist but not soggy) and maybe tie it to a stick (loosely) temporarily for support and I bet it will recover.

But you will have to keep the dog away from it, it won't survive repeated insults.

Yes it is a morning glory how did you Eve. Know? Also I have used a stick for it and it's up now. But this morning the leaves seemed almost soggy to me (I didn't water them)
