Baby Joe Pye Weed

Is anyone growing Baby Joe or Little Joe Pye weed Eupatorium dubium, both native American cultivars? It is like the regular plant, but shorter which is excellent for smaller urban yards. I picked up a couple of Baby Joes at Lowes off the clearance rack. Lowes doesn't mark for treated with neonics, so leery of buying plants there. Anyway, I'll cut them back and put in large pots, and see if they do, especially if they come back in spring.

I have tried starting regular Joe Pye Weed from seed and get no where, zilch. I haven't seen any seed from these cultivars, so they may spread only from division

This looks like a good butterfly plant. I'd never heard of it before. I'm trying to attract butterflies, so I'm going to keep my eyes open for this one on the sale tables.
