growing Petunias indoors

I planted some petunia seeds on Feb.6th and they have sprouted already! How much water do I give them at this early stage? I don't want to drown them and I don't want to overwater. Can anyone help me with this problem?

I just planted petunia seeds a couple days ago, not sprouted yet. Since they are seeds that need light and so sit on the surface, before they sprout I lightly sprinkle the soil surface (as well as bottom watering) so that the seeds don't dry out. Once they are sprouted, I just bottom water. All the cells/pots are in trays. I just put a little bit of water in the bottom of the tray. That way the soil can wick up what it needs.
