Deadheading May Night Salvia
Hi, I would like to know if anyone in hot summer climates (90 degrees +) has had success with deadheading May Night Salvia & getting it to re-bloom.

Yes, I am scrupulous about keeping my May Night salvia deadheaded and it blooms all summer and well into fall. It puts out a huge flush of blooms initially in the spring. After that it never has as many at once, but it always has some flowers. It will stop blooming if you don't deadhead it.
And yes, I am in a hot, humid summer climate. Since we passed summer solstice it has been close to or above 90 most of the time. Salvia should also handle hot and dry.
