Spring succession of bloom

The succession of spring flowers continues: orchid, 'blaze' rose, peony. Some of the peonies are just huge this year. Favorite time of the year, with everything coming alive, and all of the lovely blooms!

How lovely! I was just readjusting the support for my peony today. Only a handful early birds needed to be coaxed back inside the frame. Others are still below the rim. Flower buds are still size of a pea, if any are showing at all. But I can see it's all starting!
