Scott Turf Builder on Lavender

I just divided my lavender. When I prepared the hole for the division I accidentally put some Scotts Turf Builder into the hole. I've already watered the division in.

Will this Weed & Feed Turf Builder damage the division?

Shouldn't; that stuff needs to stick on a leaf to kill...
