Moving Spring Bulbs In Fall?

Is it ok to dig up and move springtime bulbs in the fall? I'm off work today and tomorrow(due to the wind) and want to move some things around.

spring bulbs like tulips, daffodils and such? Yes, fall after they are dormant and before the ground freezes would be the time to move things like that.
