Celosia, aka Cock's Comb? I'm not sure--it's been a few years since I saw it.

I'm pretty sure those are dianthus or known as sweet williams, they have a sweet clove scent.

I couldn't get the photo to enlarge, but they look like carnations (Dianthus) to me, too, from a distance.
