moving daffodils

I want to move some daffodils to a different part of my garden. Can I do this now or wait unti fall? Do I dig them up now and keep them for later planting? The leaves or whatever you call them are still pretty green and straight even though the blooms have already gone.

I have been forced to move Daff. bulbs in all times of the year (except mid-winter) and had great success. They are VERY resiliant. May even appreciate the division and do better than before.
