bulb flowers

I'm sure this question has been asked before so maby some one can tell me where to look or just answer anyway. I know daffodils, you don't cut down the "leaves" but can you cut other bulb flowers, like tulips, iris, etc? After theyre done flowering? Or do you have to wait and not mess with them like daffodils?

The leaves gather sunlight to make energy stored in the bulbs for next year's flowers so no, you shouldn't cut or even bunch up the leaves of spring bulbs but let them grow until they yellow and die naturally.
