Gardenia Blooms

My gardenia has huge buds and I'm doing all I can to get them to open! I use distilled water, it's in a part of the house that will provide the optimum temperature, and it is on a layer of stones for humidity.

Does anyone know what else I can do? This is the second round of buds. The first round had small buds. These are larger. I'm getting closer! :D

Thank-you!

Sounds like you're doing all you can. I know gardenia thrive on high humidity, warm temperatures and prefer some shaded sunlight. Try water misting your gardenia once a day.

Congratulations! :D

And, since this is a duplicate thread, I'll lock it and recommend that others seeking information on the gardenia or wishing to help you celebrate the bloom look for this thread.
